Aquarium Visit on Easter Sunday

We took Jack to the Aquarium on SUnday afternoon. The weather was great, and we had to get this kid outside!
He likes to look, but not touch!

He picked the gator (one of his favorite animals)!

A little weary on the way up, but then he got excited about the ferris wheel.

The last stop was at the fountain. All the other kids were running through it, but Jack was a little timid. After I took this picture, Jack insisted that his shirt come off (just like all of the other shirtless boys running around). It's so weird the stuff he notices and copies.

Happy Easter!

We had a Gaston Easter Egg Hunt! Jack and AJ led the pack. Last year, Jack wasn't even walking...but this year he dominated! :)

Once we got him to stop throwing the eggs, and actually place them in the basket, he couldn't be stopped!

Of course, he enjoyed the loot!

Here's a partial video of the event taking place! Check out the Youtube Channel link on the left of the blog to see more videos!

...more sandbox

...still obsessed with sandbox. There's no denying he is my child with that red face!

Eat your heart out, Martha!

Just have to share my brief Martha Stewart moment!

"Mine"

Since Cousin Coco is getting bigger, some of Jack's old toys are resurfacing. His favorite "baby" toy to play with is the bouncer. He can get some serious air in this thing!

Jack's latest OBSESSION!

The sandbox. He is in love with the sandbox. At the park, he will not play with anything else. It's all about the sand. We are slowly compiling all the sand from his shoes into a sandbox of our own, in the garage :)

Happy Birthday, Kayden!

We are so glad to have a cousin just 8 weeks older than Jack. We took notes on all the fun things to do at a 2nd birthday party!

Must have stick ponies! Jack thought it was hilarious that Jeremy wanted him to put the horse between his legs. He didn't get it!

The birthday girl couldn't take her eyes off Jack devouring his sheep cupcake.

Such a big boy. Wanted no help from Mom & Dad!

Must have cars. Lots of cars. There were about 20 riding toys, and Jack rotated between them all!
